With the help of Grandma Lucy's, we are able to provide meals to both service and therapy dogs. It is the passion of everyone at Grandma Lucy's to help pets live their best life that has driven them to design and create human-grade, freeze-dried pet foods since 1999. This food helps to keep our hardworking furry friends healthy while taking the burden of cost away from their owners.
Did you know it can cost between $25,000 and $50,000 to raise, train and get a service dog ready for their person? Many times, recipients are left to raise the funds on their own. Project Pet RAK is here to help. We want those who can benefit from a service dog and gain freedoms from their support to have this opportunity to we raise funds to help cover the placement fees.
With a little help from friends, we can all spread kindness to others. Schools, churches, troops and groups can coordinate a Project Pet RAK drive to bring supplies or tokens of caring to those many of our therapy dog partners are supporting. We also provide opportunities for student ambassadors to coordinate RAK events at their own schools because we want to help kindness to multiply and spread.
